1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Offal Goods website (offalgoods.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products

Offal Goods sells premium dog treats sourced from Australia. All products are:

Single-ingredient, air-dried treats
Made from human-grade quality ingredients
Intended for dogs (and some treats are also suitable for cats, as noted)
Not intended for human consumption despite being human-grade quality

Offal Goods is an authorized reseller of Chewy Chews products manufactured by CK9 Pet Products. We do not manufacture, process, or modify any products we sell.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We accept payment via credit card through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within the continental United States only. Orders of $40 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders under $40 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please see our full Refund Policy for detailed information about returns, replacements, and refunds. In summary: we offer full replacements or refunds for damaged or incorrect items within 14 days, and a one-time replacement if your dog simply doesn't like a product.

6. Product Use and Disclaimer

Our treats are intended as supplemental treats and should not replace a balanced diet. Always supervise your pet when giving treats. If your pet has any health conditions or allergies, consult your veterinarian before introducing new treats.

Product descriptions on our site (including benefits and suitability information) are provided for informational purposes only and are not intended as veterinary advice. Individual results may vary. We make no claims that our products treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Offal Goods and Brown Bear Developments LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our products shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any legal action shall be filed in the state or federal courts located in the State of Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Intellectual Property

The Offal Goods name, logo, and website content are the property of Brown Bear Developments LLC. Chewy Chews is a registered trademark of CK9 Pet Products. Offal Goods is an authorized retailer of Chewy Chews products.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
