Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We never have.

We do share some of it. When you browse our site or place an order, we send activity data — pages viewed, products viewed, items added to cart, and completed purchases — to Meta (Facebook), so we can measure which ads actually lead to sales. California law calls this "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and it gives you the right to stop it. Several other states give you the same right. We extend the control below to everyone, wherever you live.

What opting out actually does

When you opt out, we stop two things:

• The Meta Pixel. The tracking script is never loaded on your visits. No page views, product views, or cart events are sent.
• The Conversions API. If you place an order, we do not send the purchase event from our server to Meta either.

We still process your order, send you order and shipping emails, and keep the records we need to run the business and meet our tax and accounting obligations. Opting out of ad sharing does not opt you out of order communications, and it never affects your prices or service.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request automatically. You do not need to use the control above, and you do not need to tell us anything. It applies from your first page view.

This choice is per browser

We store your choice in a cookie rather than in an account, because we do not make you create an account to shop. That means the opt-out applies to the browser you set it on. If you use another browser or device, or clear your cookies, set it again there.

Authorized agents and other requests

You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. You can also ask us directly, and we will apply it to your email address across our records rather than to a single browser. Email contact@offalgoods.com with the subject line "Do Not Share Request." We respond within 15 business days.
